Our lenders can provide up to 90% financing for childcare businesses.  Loans range from $50,000 to $20 million and can be used for any of the following: business acquisitions, mortgage refinancing, purchase of real estate, purchase of a leased property, renovation/expansion of facilities, and/or new construction.
