Dr. Marc Evans
Meet our Broker
Dr. Marc Evans is the Broker and Owner of TradeMarc Preschool Realty and a proud father of four grown children and five grandchildren. With a Ph.D. in Education from the University of North Texas, Marc brings a unique and strong educational background to his work, shaped by years of experience as a Headmaster of private K-12 schools and preschool owner for over a decade. Before founding TradeMarc PreSchool Realty, Marc spent nearly nine years as a sales associate at Kid’s Depot Realty, gaining valuable experience in the preschool real estate market. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to venture out on his own in advocating for ownership and sales in the childcare industry in addition to owning a licensed preschool in Florida. Marc’s blend of educational expertise and business acumen gives him a unique ability to guide and support clients in the childcare industry.

Usually the better half is a wife, but in this case, Marci is the sister who makes claim to that title! Like her family, Marci developed a career in education, having earned her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Having served in administrative roles most of her career, Marci's role as Head of School in a private Preschool through 12th grade school, makes her uniquely qualified. After leaving the educational environment several years ago, it was a natural choice and easy transition into real estate, where she worked in the Austin, TX area and recently joined her brother at TradeMarc Preschool Realty in Central FL. Marci is the blessed mother of three adult children, six lively, beautiful grandchildren and 2 fun-loving fur babies!
Marci knows and understands the importance of preschools and the importance they provide a community.
