Dr. Marc Evans
Meet our Broker
Dr. Marc Evans is the Broker and Owner of TradeMarc Preschool Realty. He is married to his wife, Tammy, and is the proud father of four grown children who have blessed him with three beautiful grandchildren. Marc’s unique approach to aiding his clients is greatly influenced by his experience as an educator. He earned his Ph.D. in education at the University of North Texas. In addition to a quality educational background, his experiential background includes previous Pre-school ownership and serving as a Headmaster for ten years at Private K-12 schools. In addition to his advanced experience working operationally within schools, Marc has served as a sales associate at Kid’s Depot Realty for over nine years.

Marci Evans-Martinez

Usually the better half is a wife, but in this case, Marci is the sister who makes claim to that title! Like her family, Marci developed a career in education, having earned her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Having served in administrative roles most of her career, Marci's role as Head of School in a private Preschool through 12th grade school, makes her uniquely qualified. After leaving the educational environment several years ago, it was a natural choice and easy transition into real estate, where she worked in the Austin, TX area and recently joined her brother at TradeMarc Preschool Realty in Jupiter, FL. Marci is the blessed mother of three adult children, three lively, beautiful grandchildren and 2 fun-loving fur babies!
Marci knows and understands the importance of preschools and the importance they provide a community.
